I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy with a private practice in Seattle, WA.
My skills reflect over 25 years of Clinical Practice. Our time together will consist of a series of meaningful conversations and experiences that strive to make a positive difference in your life. People often describe me as fair, compassionate and dedicated.
Academic Background:
- Three-year post master’s internship in Couple and Sex Therapy from the University of Pennsylvania;
- Training and supervision at the Ackerman Institute for Family Therapy in New York, New York;
- Training in Narrative Therapy with Michael White in Adelaide, Australia
- MA Communication Studies, Northern Illinois University (Master’s thesis in Couple’s Communication)
- MA Applied Behavioral Science, Whitworth College

- Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (with Sue Johnson)
- 2 years training in Somatic Transformation (a process for the healing of trauma)
In addition, I have an interest in meditation and mindfulness. Contemplative practices are often an aspect of our work. I regularly train in the area of trauma resolution and neuroscience.
I am currently seeing couples, individual adults and families.
